    Oh my gosh!!! I know what you mean!!!! I have to wear a high impact sports bra when I workout, but dang it I swear it is still not enough. I do not want to go back to having to wear two Sports Bras to keep these things tied down! :/ total frustration.

    LOL!! @HuntingHope it's crazy! I feel like I need to wear one extra, but I don't because I worry that the extra sports bra will rip. I can't stand when I have to do crunches because when I lay back and get up, they feel like they are choking me! LOL! They are a blessing & a curse.

    I asked my doc about this (because mine have NOT gotten smaller). She told me this: there's different kind of breast tissue. Some women have fatty breast tissue....when they lose weight, their's shrink. Other women have dense, fibrous tissue....when these women lose weight, they tend to stay the same or similar size. Makes sense I guess.
    There's your medical lesson from a non-expert for today. (.)(.) :)

    I love them.....until I am running, doing burpees or crunches. Ha! Yes they are.

    I can honestly say since I have dropped like 40 pounds my boobs have NOT changed at all!! They are still the same size, they just sit up a bit higher. It is the one thing guys look at constantly when they talk to me. I swear they think I don't notice, but I do.
