I find this app so helpful! It really works since i start seeing how much calories i'm taking in and now I can control what I'm eating. And I can still eat my fave treats like chocolates or icecream but just on moderation.. Feel free to add me as your friend!
We can all do this! Our goal weight!!

Working third shift, I really have a tendency to lose track and that can be disastrous, as I made it all the way up to 278!. Down to 205 now and still losing.
