Congratulations to all the people who posted their success stories!! And THANK YOU for doing so. Reading these stories and looking at all of the pictures and your wonderful transformations is what helps to keep me on track! Everyday someone posts something new and seeing/reading about all the success stories makes me want to have one of my own. I am just starting out but hopefully in 5-6 months I can post some photos as well!!0

Can I ask your weight in numbers... I am 5'7 as well and just trying to get a visual of where I need to be to look like you?! AWESOME JOB!!!Here we go, almost 50 lbs lost, 25-ish to go! I'm 5'7, been dropping weight for 9 or 10 months now.
More importantly, I've gone from being able to run/walk 1 mile to being able to run (jog really...) 10 miles.0 -

I know you've seen mine b/c we're friends... but I'll post for others who may view this for inspiration. I'm proof you can make a lifestyle change- even when you're super busy!!! I need to get some more "after" pics because I actually have more muscle definition now... the 132 lb ones were from Februrary (I'm 128 now and a size smaller) and the arm and workout gear pic was over a month ago and I've been in the gym a lot more lifting weights since then so I have more definition and lower body fat %.
Amazing....you're my inspiration to keep going0 -

Here is one of the pictures:
From a 24W to a 16 in pants, from XXL shirts to Medium. 85 pounds and over 70" gone.
(I'm 5'10" btw)
I'm 6'1 and love seeing other tall people post their success pictures. Keep up the good work and showing your pictures. I need all the motivation I can get.0 -
Love, love, love these.
And proof that as we get older, we get better (as long as we are willing to make an effort).
Every day is a opportunity.0
