My name is Ariel. I am 23 years old. I gave birth to my beautiful baby girl a year ago yesterday. I gained 40 pounds during the process and lost motivation / confidence. I just started trying to work towards a better me and am praying to do so. Eating better has been making me feel aloy better so far.
