Hi all,
I found out I won the "most lost" portion of the postcard challenge 21 - woohoo! Thanks to bkrbabe57 for running that and congrats to Iamstaceywood for losing the highest percentage! :drinker:
Let's keep the momentum rolling and get right into the next challenge. Post your starting weight today Thurs. May 19, then again Thurs. May 26 just to check in, and finally Thurs. June 2. The winner(s) of this round will get a post card from Laurel, MD if I can find one lol - more than likely you'll get one from Washington, DC or Baltimore, MD though The person with the highest weight loss will then run round 23.
Feel free to post any goals for the next 2 wks if you want, too!

Goal: Work out 60 min/day 5-6 days/week.

My starting weight this morning is 179.60 -
I'm in again! Starting weight as of this morning is 214.
Goals: Keep on walking, working on upping my water intake, and to hopefully get out of the 210's.0 -
Didn't weigh this morning but I'm going with my last weigh-in = 181.5lbs.

I want to join to. Last two weeks were hard for me. I really need some extra motivation.
Starting weight: 150 lbs
I really want to go for a run four times a week. I've been trying to work out every day but at the end of the week I'm so demotivated I just can't stop eating cookies.0 -
still at 150 but I think I am losing inches so I am very happy about that.0

At 158 still, but it's TOM and I did go up a couple of pounds but came back down to 158. I've been more on track this week though, which is great! Haven't been going to the gym as much because of crazy work hours, but I have been working out on my elliptical instead. Fingers crossed to get to 156 by next Thursday! Or even 157 haha.0

Hey all! How was everyone's first challenge week? I'm at 232.2 this morning, so down 1.8lbs from last week - which I'll take regardless, but especially b/c of TOM!

Not doing well at all.
Completely my own doing!!! But I'm off work for half-term (13 days!!!!) and I'm going to up my game - more exercise and better food choices!

I have the same weight as last week, but since I went on a short holiday with my inlaws, I'm glad I did not gain. This week: running and swimming!0

I'm weighing in early this week, down to 156! So happy! I'm going to work really hard for the next two weeks and I won't weigh myself until the end of the next challenge cause I keep letting every little fluctuation make me crazy.0

Weighed in this morning = 180.5lbs. Very temptingly, the scales showed 179.5lbs at one point!!!!

G'morning all! Can't wait to see how everyone's done over the last two weeks
I weighed in at 232.2 this morning, down from 234.0 (so -1.8, or a little less than 1%). I have been regularly exercising, so that's good, but my weekend eating/drinking needs to quit! Bleh.
Anyway...
In other news, there has been some confusion and a separate round 22 has started 5/29. I'll just ask whoever the winner of this is start round 23, and I've emailed the original poster of the other round 22 to have her winner start a round 24 later. If you guys have other suggestions about how to handle this, lemme know
Will let you know who this winner is tomorrow morning!
