So I definitely fell off the tracks this week.. It was the last week of classes, I have been crazy busy, and I just am so tired...
Not that it's an excuse.. but I actually feel really bad and hate myself a little bit for this lapse... It's so hard to stay focused, motivated, and driven in college....

    Stop beating yourself up. "Stuff" happens - avoid stepping in "it" and move on.

    Well now that's schools getting done with, you'll have more time for your goals. Start fresh now and don't dwell on last week

    There are 52 weeks in a year :) a few off the tracks don't matter. Just get back to it and you'll feel better in a week!

    Never give up. It's normal to fail, everyone does, it's human but not all of them get up and start again and it's exactly what you should do. Learn to dance in the rain :)
