Read a book that made me realise.....

That all i need to do is put less in my mouth than i am burning off.
I put loads in my mouth but dont burn any off, hense why i am so over weight......
The only way i know to check what i know i am doing is to count calories.......i just need to brake the bad lazy habits i have been doing for years.....

    I read a book that's helped me so much. Listen to your body only eat when ur hungry and eat smaller. But and here's the best part. You eat whatever you want!! I'm not deprived I am happy and still loosing weight!
