    Successes/struggles this week: My son has been sick and i found hard to find time for exercise. Also, since a couple of days ago i´m having some pain in one leg, so i decided not to run yesterday and walk instead. In about one hour Im back running 5 km, and taking it easy!
    I´ve started drinking my coffee without sugar or sweeteners, since they say once you get used, you don´t like it sweet anymore. As usual, my biggest struggle is keepeing the sweets and chocolate under control. I tried to swap candy bars for black chocolate, but i ve realised (again) i cannot have more than a serving portion at home. Anyway, i did quite well controlling sweets this week and now i´m under 55, which is a very important milestone form me!!!

    Successes/struggles this week: Back pain!! Back pain interefers with my ability to work out and can be discouraging. Thankfully it only lasted one day and I did exercise 3 days this week....I'm hoping to make it 5! Hope you are all doing well with your weight loss journey! Good luck!

    The fridge cake was too tempting ... I don't want to deprive my children by not making cake at weekends, but I can't seem to control myself around cake and always scoff far too much.
    Also had a work night out with fast food and many many drinks, I don't even know how to enter this in the log.

    Still managed to lose 0.2 though somehow!

    May8: success was doing the shred daily workout 6 out of 7 days! Mostly stuck to 21 day tummy plan.
    Not so successful at weight loss.... Hoping it's because of muscle built & water retention cuz this was a water retention kinda week. Next week should look great I would think!

    Successes/struggles this week: I had a lot of family things going on this week (niece's birthday party, grandfather sick) that have been affecting my eating and gym attendance. This is a good place to get back on track. At the very least I didn't gain but I want to be under 190 by the end of this challenge! I haven't weighted under 190 since, high school.
