Hi my name is Julie and I have a lot of weight to lose, hangs head. 6 Stone or 84 pounds to some. This is my fourth week of not smoking and my first day of a diet. So far breakfast and lunch has been lovely. My goal is simple to be able to enjoy gardening more and walk further with my best friend, whom is a little dog called "Tizer" although he thinks he's a big dog.
