This seems to be going well so far, i have dropped 8lbs.
really all i have changed is that because i am aware of the tracker target, i am not eating all the extra stuff that has put on the pounds.
One thing i struggle with is not snacking rubbish in the evenings!
Good luck to anyone just starting out, so far so good :)

Good start. Expect it to slow down but keep up the good work. :) Don't forget to reset your weight from time to time as you lose weight the target drops :/

Evening snacking is my weakness, too!

Evening snacking can be hard. There are some things that you can try to work into your day that may help: air-popped popcorn (you can eat lots for fairly few calories), Healthy Choice fudge bars (ice cream....a nice chocolately treat for 90 calories), Hickory Farms mini-mints (3 calories each....tiny but the taste treat is helpful), many of the Fiber One snacks are 100 calories and they can calm a snack attack.

I'm finding that going for a walk at night...when I would usually sit on the couch and mindlessly snack...is helping :)

Yes your right, walking or just doing anything other than sitting and eating!
