Marla, you look great!!! I'm down 102lbs (from 275lbs) and fighting tooth and nail for every pound now, dispite still being 28lbs from a healthy weight according to BMI. Don't be too hard on yourself about the mini-plateau. I keep telling myself that if i spend the next 20yrs trying to get the last 30lbs off, I'll still be MUCH healthier then being within shouting distance of 300lbs. Lace up your sneakers and carry on!
