38 waist to 32

Went to buy new pants and I fit into size 32. I havent fit in that size in 30 years lol I see size 30 in my future!! my starting weight was 185 I am currently at 144 still have some work to do but heading in the right direction. I started in November but really started using mfp in January. I am 49. age is just a number!

    great great work,, but I have to say.. the way they're doing pants sizes recently I'm skeptical. I had a pair of 32 slims... that's just NOT possible... belt still 34

    not really sure what you are saying/asking but i was a 38 jeans then I got 34's and yesterday bought 32's

    That makes more sense I was a 38 now a 34 but weigh 50lbs more that you do.... Great job by the way Big congrats

    Thanks man! its a double edge sword being short. 10 pounds of fat looks like a lot more on me than a 6 footer lol

    Congrats! I am around your age and am trying to get down to size 32 (from a sometimes tight 34, depending on the make of pants). We'll see where we are in another 10 pounds or so.
