edited November 2024 in Goal: Maintaining Weight
As of today I am officially declaring victory. I have met my goal of losing 30lbs. While it was difficult and at times I wanted to quit, the real struggle begins today; the new goal for the rest of my life - to maintain my current weight.
Looking forward to reading the discussions here to become inspired and to learn how to do this long term.

In your post you stated you wanted to read the discussion and learn how to do this...

Do you have a specific topic you want to ask the MFP community...

If not, congrats on the loss and new you. I actually found my maintenance several times by accident during my journey and so I lucked out on the numbers.. Each week I find a new challenge, change up things with my fitness to make it fun and enjoyable..

    Congrats!

And yes ... losing actually is the easy part on the grand scheme of things.

As someone else has mentioned, continue to set goals for yourself to stay on track.

    Best of luck to you!
