Major dietary limitations

Hey fitness peeps,
Anyone know a good source for a nutrition program for people with very limited diets. I'm looking for a bodybuilding friendly diet but cannot eat a lot of the things that are in most of them.
Can't have: dairy, eggs, wheat, gluten, oats, etc.
Trying to work out my own plan but I really don't know how.
Thanks for helping out!!!

That's a pretty restrictive diet, my friend. I have Crohn's and I'm not that tight. So, why can't you have those foods?
Tell me what your condition is and maybe I can help with a workaround.0 -

Eat beef, chicken, pork, fish and seafood. If you eat canned tuna or salmon, carefully check canned labels for Gluten Free.
Eat fats and oils: dark meat chicken, fatty cuts of beef . . . coconut oil, walnut oil, . . .Fat is important.
Eat potatoes, sweet potatoes, winter squash and other carbs if you need more calories.0 -
I also can't eat most of those items and choose not to eat meat. I eat a lot of complex carbs, like sweet potatoes, and legumes like black beans, black eyed peas, chickpeas, etc. And, of course, all other fruits and veggies. Esy on the high sugar fruits though.0

Look at paleo recipes. Vast majority will meet your guidelines.0

I'm dairy and grain free too, but I can eat eggs. Paleo works for me. I'm not trying to body build though. Might want to look into protein powder0

I would go see a dietitian. Some good suggestions so far. But a dietitian can help you with options while also ensuring you are getting all of the proper nutrients. It does sound like meat and starchy veggies are your friend.
As far as body building most of what you hear is crap. You know how to do well at bodybuilding? Increase your calories and lift heavy sh*# consistently. And then, slowly decrease your calories and lift heavy sh*# consistently. And probably add some cardio. Then decrease a little more. Continue until lean. Rinse and repeat.
The minutia of a bodubuilding diet is completely blown out of proportion. Eat plenty of carbs, moderate fat and adequate protein-just like a normal person. Maybe increase protein a little on a cut. The sources do not matter. Eat sensibly, within your dietary restrictions, and you're good to go.

My son has a medical condition where he had to be wheat, dairy, egg, soy, nut, and fish free for a long time. He ate lots of meat, rice, corn products (chips, tortillas, etc), fruit, vegetables, beans, legumes, gluten free pastas, quinoa, potatoes, coconut and rice milk, juices, and prepackaged allergen free desserts. There are lots and lots of options.0

Google "no meat athlete" and search for "Paleo vegetarian" on that site. There's a post that will give you some ideas.0

OP eats meat though...
That doesn't actually sound that restrictive. Plenty of "bodybuilding" diets are more restricted. At the end of the day, to grow you just need to eat in a surplus and get enough protein. Fat is important for health, then fill the rest of your calories with carbs. Pick sources you can eat. Meat, plant based protein (unless you can stomach WPI), healthy fats - avo, coconut oil, oily fish, nuts, seeds etc, carbs from fruit, vegie, rice/quinoa/beans etc.0 -
I should have been clearer. She can look at the Paleo veg ideas and add meat if she wishes. They don't check up on you.0

I have similar and eat plant based diet. Lentils, chia seeds, quinoa, veggies, etc.
In general: nuts, seeds, legumes, veggies, beans. It's just finding your favorites and sticking with it then changing it up every now and then.0
