Tomorrow is May 11th I start insanity tomorrow it's a two month program I should finish up right around my 21st birthday! I am going to Miami for it. My question is will I be in better shape by then I am now 237 6'1 with man boobs but not huge ones.... so my question is will I lose them by then or at least come close to it I plan on doing the insanity knowing it will kill me but I'll keep pushing play! I have been following my diet and lost two lbs in a week! So what do you guys think? Is it possible to lose a fair amount of pudgy by then???

Everyone loses differently and it's not always predictable how much or how fast you'll lose. I know you said Insanity will kill you, but please focus on the dietary choices way more heavily. Good luck!0

I think you are going to be thrilled with your results. insanity will not kill you. You will need to eat at a deficit. How exciting!0

For the gynaecomastia (man boobs), you can only lose them if they're caused from being overweight. You can't lose them if they developed over a hormone imbalance, in which oestrogen is produced over normal levels and breast tissue develops.
You will be in better shape, as Insanity pushes you to your limits (granted that you're the one in control of the workout).

2lbs/week * 8 weeks = 16lbs
237lbs - 16lbs = 221lbs.
For a 6'1" man you'll go from obese to overweight! I don't know about the gynaecomastia. You're results will vary. You're going to have to hit your calorie goals every day. It's going to be tough. Just want to give you a realistic idea because I was at a similar height and weight. It takes more time to drop the weight than you may realize (or want) but it will happen if you stay focused. And you may want to avoid alcohol as it can wreck your deficit faster than than you think. Good luck.0 -
