hello, newbie here. Just done military diet lost 5lbs in three days, now on 4 days of 1300/1500 cal intake then back to military diet. Hope your all having a good day/night :)

    Sounds like your off to a good start! I have just started Again, retired and sit too much. So age and bum knee have slowed me down , but never quit trying, feel much better with less weight. My feet will thank me for losing! Good luck. this site really helps me a lot!

    Hello, thanks for your reply :) im on my four days off on this diet, but eating an 1300 cal diet a day, I done a weigh in this morning and I'm now 14.08lbs so half a stone gone in 5 days.
    Back to my diet tomorrow though. Hope you've had a lovely weekend xx
