help! bodybuilding.com for powerlifts

Options
I'm looking for a detailed power lifting program, but all I could find was body building. Maybe I can't navigate well on my phone, but does anyone have one bookmarked?

Don't search on bodybuilding.com if you're looking for a powerlifting program? They do have power lifting threads on there that are helpful though.

Why don't you do Strong Lifts 5x5 then? Learn the form, get used to the lifts.

I'll look it up. That's the kind of info I need. I've been doing 10 reps for 3 sets of low weight with a friend at the gym and I just know that the set up isn't for me, but I do enjoy lifting and would love strength gains

Yeah, this could be even better actually. Plus I love his form videos.
