Does anyone know any good diet planning websites? I know how many calories I want to eat a day, just not what foods to eat in order to do that. I want to plan things out days in advance so I can get the food I need and stick to what I got in the fridge.

Not sure. But you can eat whatever foods you want, just pick the appropriate serving size to fit into your deficit. Eventually you may learn you prefer to swap one thing for another if you are having troubles with satiety or hitting your macros.0

I'll take a look at that. The reason I'm looking at this is during the summer I just don't feel the urge to eat or sleep. So having one thing planned out would be good.0

Would pre logging be enough. Log a few days a head in my fitness pal. Seems to track a the important macros and micros.0

Meal board is an app. It costs $4, but it is exactly what you are looking for and is $4 well spent.0
