    Successes/struggles this week: I am still on plateau even though I am keeping under goal and doing loads of extra cardio now that I have my Fitbit. I may need to look more closely at my carbs/protein/fats balance. On the plus side I am really showing the weight loss that I have achieved.

    Successes/struggles this week: This week I found I got out and walked so much more. Also eating a salad for lunch or dinner has helped. It is so hot here in Alabama right now that salads are what i'm craving. More water and less drinks also.

    Comments/Successes/Challenges: Cinco de Mayo took its toll on Tuesday with mucho tequila and carbs. I finally took my bike out on Thursday which helped to mitigate some of the damage caused by the over indulgence.

    Sucess/struggles this month: Ate and exercised as I had planned all week but went on a date on friday and had some very naughty food. Which lead to mote bad food choices throughout the weekend. Still worked out on saturday and glad im 1 lb down but know it could have been more if I had stayed on plan.
    Hopefully I will learn from this for next weekend.

    While I am happy I didn't gain, I'm so frustrated with myself. I log (or write down) my breakfast and lunch, then everything goes down hill. I stop weighing, and just eat without tracking anything. I also had a box of brownies. Yes, I ate the entire box. I'm going to try to stay on track this week, and get moving.

    Thank you so much! :) At the beginning of my journey, I had nothing to wear because I was too big for all of my clothes. Now I have nothing to wear because I'm too small for most of my clothes! My coworker has to tell me when things are too big on me because I just don't realize it! A good problem to have though :) It just goes to show that if you stick with it, that 1 pound every week really does add up!
