Water Retention.. HELP!

I have been doing high protein low carb (well what I consider low carb) for two days because I have grad pictures tomorrow. I thought it would work but my stupid tummy is at a 39 and is usually at a 37. My grad photos are less than 24 hrs away and I've been swigging water, dandelion tea like crazy and have only eaten 685 mg of sodium today.. What do I do? any emergency remedies would be greatly appreciated.

boil an entire lemon in water, about 16 ounces, and drink it all. Doesn't taste wonderful but doesn't taste bad either. You will pee like crazy but its great for water retention. I promise it works0

This is just a guess, but I am thinking the high protein diet may have introduced some higher sodium for two days and minimizing sodium for one day won't really make up for that. Two days isn't really enough for a low carb diet to show much of a difference.
Just put on your most beautiful smile and let the photographer coach you into some beautiful photos. Don't stress about it!0 -

Oo yes these are awesome, I love them0 -
Take 2 bunches parsley, 5 mint tea bags, 1 gallon water, then boil them together for 20 minutes. After it's done strain the parsley out and then either drink the tea hot or cold.0

Yeah only problem is my dress is backless, referring to spanx. I will try the lemon thing though.0
