Can iI share my meal list with someone?

We went out for brunch and ate the same items from the buffet.. Can I share my lunch diary list with him?

  I believe they can copy the meal to their diary by looking at your food diary and selecting "quick tools" and then "copy to date" on the meal itself.

  Thank you.. Just did it.. So much easier as my sons can copy mine and save time.
