I'm not a typical water drinker. I know i should drink between 1.5-2l but i just can't seem to make it a natural habbit. I mostly prefer sparkling water.... Any tips apart from forcing it down

As long as your staying hydrated you should be fine.
I also do not care for tons of water plain. So I drink sparkling water, add lemons and berries to water and so on. As long as your hydrated:-)

    A straw!
I'm really trying to have 1 glass when I wake up, one before I eat anything (meal or snack) 1 after using the restroom, and one before bed.
If I reach for a diet soda, I have a glass of water first too.

I think sparkling water counts! I drink a lot of sparkling. I love the fizz. Dislike tap water immensely... its just... yuk

Iced water is much tastier in my opinion! Also one godsend i found on the internet are stevia drops (Sweetleaf stevia drops on Amazon). You literally have to put like 7-8 drops in a big glass of water to taste. They come in all sorts of flavours (grape, watermelon and raspberry and chocolate are my faves)! Also, they are amazing in sparkling water, and taste just like a soda but without all the 1) horrid sugars, or 2) icky artificial sweetners! :D

Do you know if they have any known health side effects?

Anything that contains water count towards daily fluid intake.

This includes carbonated drinks, caffeinated drinks and foods.
