    I don't know of any single exercises but, Jillian Michaels 6week 6pack tightens up the obliques and the mid section, plus she always gives great arm work outs!

    My answer to everything right now... Tae Bo!!
    It's a great mixture of cardio and strength/resistance, using your own body as the resistor.
    Also side bends with weights are good.

    Superman and planks help with obliques and lower back. Try plank twists as well, those are always kill my abs.
