Has anybody tried Laser lipo sessions and/or whole-body vibration for fat loss??? There is a groupon that seems like a good deal. It may be cheating but every little bit helps.

I may of seen the same deal, or one similar. There have been so many coupons on groupon for laser lipo. Do research before doing something drastic like that. Sometimes it's not worth it

    Is it expensive?

The deals I see on my end are 6 sessions for $200. It's 3 times a week for 2 weeks long.

NO. Walk AWAY from the groupon.

    1. The thing you're talking about is NOT laser liposuction. Laser lipo is a surgery, done with sedation and incisions and bleeding. Traditional liposuction with a reputable doctor is far superior.

    2. Non invasive fat reduction that uses laser do not work because the laser can't penetrate the skin.

    3. Radio frequency treatment causes some lipoatrophy in some people. This is a side effect and not always a desired one.

LOL! You need to get out more often

What are you talking about...there have been other bands since Rush?

ETA: I guess I should keep this on-topic, so...Wow, doesn't Geddy Lee look thin?

How the heck does shining a light on your fat body or using a vibrator make the fat go away? You are asking to be scammed.

Whole body vibration? Just sit on top of your dryer for a half hour each day.

You can't "shake" your fat off. They tried this long ago with waist belts connected to circulating machines. And laser liposuction is a SURGERY. Anything else is just lights and mirrors. Save your money.

I was jiggly enough when I was fat that if simple jiggling/shaking reduced fat I would have been skinny.

If you live near a Planet Fitness gym, they offer the "red light therapy" that includes body vibration. I've heard good things from other people in terms of better skin condition/reduced cellulite. I only tried it once & my eye covers kept falling off so I gave up lol.
"Laser Lipo" is kind of BS & it's just supposed to liquefy fat under the skin & be flushed out somehow. I did not hear good things about that & it is expensive. Probably not worth it long term.

You mentioned whole body vibration and this is all I could think of:

As others have said, just stick to the "old fashioned" way - exercise and portion control. Good luck!

I've bought this groupon in the past and it really really doesn't work. It was a waste of money unfortunately :(

I would happily take that over the "good vibrations" now stuck in my head!!!

Did someone say vibrator? I don't think I have any fat there and if I do, I like it just fine
