Hi,
Is there any exercises/ways to get rid of and shape my chin? I heard about chewing gum can help but doesn't seem to be making any difference.
Any ideas?
Thanks ☺️

You can't spot reduce/shape.
If it's too 'flabby' for your liking you just need to lose weight/fat overall, and it will eventually come off.0 -
Do you mean chin or neck? Either way, fat loss is the only way to change your shape and even then you can't choose where you see it most. Have a look on the success stories forum, there's a thread for face photos.0

By chin do you mean a "double-chin"
If so there are stretches that you can do that look like you are pulling funny faces, also, apparently massaging your chin upwards, i think it is, but im not 100% on that0 -
If chewing shaped our chins, most of us would have quite enviable chins.
I hate my double chin but as I get thinner it gets less noticable.0 -
Yeah a double chin do you have a web link for them? Thanks0
