I have succeeded KIND OF in the past using myfitnesspal but would use it only for a few months see some results and give up and gain the weight back. I totally get this. I lost 20 lbs the first time I committed to MFP...it's all back now.
Damn summer, just creeped up on me. Sooo, it's time to really get on this.

I did this too, many times before in the past and failed, this time I am on 70 days in.. Rough 70 days, but I'm happier than I was 70 days ago!!0

Same here...started a year ago for a bit and stopped caring I think...now I'm back, 7lbs lighter, armed with a Fitbit for motivation and fully committed to meeting my goal and maintaining a healthier lifestyle. Good luck!0
