That's how I felt tonight as well! When does it feel good? At the end when I pass out on the couch!! lol0

Right, Have you ever hit the "high" I have only heard runners experiance it.0

LOL! I have had that same thought many times! I find that a good play list helps the workout! I have also found that I feel like a hamster on the treadmill~
Keep runnin'!

Feels good when you're done, press "exit" on your HRM and "pause" on the treadmill and hop off! Or when I come in from a run, strip everything off and step into the shower and just stand there massaging the hot water into my sore muscles. Yeahhhhh, it feels good.0

Or a nice hot bath0

I do wonder if the hamster has fun or if he is really trying to work out?0

I agree about the playlist... get some music that really gets you going. I like Linkin Park or anything really hard and angry. It helps set my pace and pushes me to keep up. But I find when i set a goal it helps out too, or find something else you like to do like kickboxing or zumba. There are so many different things we can do to exercise, you don't have to stick yourself on a treadmill and be a hamster.0

Have to run to upbeat songs. Tried to listen to books but it slowed me down. I have experienced the runner's high, today in fact. Definitely not every day but worth it when you do. Keep it up, you'll get there!!0

I'm a runner and I still have yet to experience that high :-) The best feeling I get is after a race, when I finally cool down enough and can breathe normally, and realize I survived0 -

On that day, I ran 5 miles. Felt the high for about the last half mile. Today, did 4 and felt like I had lead feet. LOL!0
