Iv joined the gym and I'm wondering what's the best exercise to do to help flatten my tummy and tops of my legs please iv been going on the rowing machine a lot but I don't no what equipment will help me so any advice greatly appreciated ..Thank you x

Burpees and air squats. Go back and forth between the two for a circuit. Something like 10 burpees w/10 squats. Just a suggestion0
