Lfconnect not syncing with myfitnesspal

Hey guys,
I mm going to the gym pretty much everyday, I got both apps life fitness (lfconnect) & my fitness pal but they don't sync data to each othe.
Any idea why and how to fix it?

I'm having the same problem. I'm thinking about switching from MFP to Lose It because of this. If you've figured out how to get it to work, please let me know.

Still doesn't work. I like LFConnect for ease of scanning the bar codes at Planet fitness. I like MFP because it has all my history. Dont want to lose either but I'll switch I guess. I get hung up at a white screen when I log into MFP from LFconnect
