why do you feel like crap after eating it. thats the part i dont get. if you want it, it fits into your daily intake eat it.
i still enjoy a mcdonalds i just dont eat it as much as i used to .0 -

Sounds like you have been doing pretty well so far so don't ruin it. Also out of all the healthy foods you go for MacDonalds!? So many nicer alternatives. :P Also you dont know what they put in their burgers, probably mashed up bones and hair..

So if i understand correctly, you havent eaten anything since breakfast yesterday? Look up MacDonald's nutrition info online and plan a meal that fits your calories and sounds yummy. Go get it and enjoy it.
I am with this poster. I love McDonalds and they have many healthy low cal choices/ and I eat their fries. love their fries.

Prelog the food you want from McDonald's. Does any of it fit your calories? If it does then have some.
I think you are making a mistake starting out too intensely restricted and will often have moments like this where a friend wants to drink, you have a craving, there is an event with food that doesn't fit your plan. Can you do primal/paleo and 1200 calories long term? I would consider a less restrictive calorie goal to start with and lower it after you lose if you need to.
Thinking of foods as good, bad, or feeling you are fat or disgusting for eating something is a difficult mind set. You do know that people can get fat on plain homemade grilled skinless chicken and vegetables if they go consistantly eat more than they burn? People don't only get fat because they eat fast food and you are not disgusting for being overweight and eating.0 -
Calculate how many calories that will be if you get it. Then ask yourself if it's worth it. Maybe it is -- maybe it's worth it to treat yourself tonight and then increase your exercise for the next few days to make up for it -- and maybe it isn't.0

No, i ate breakfast and lunch today, just have my dinner calories left. It was yesterday i had to go without lunch and dinner to accomodate the hellish calories of 2 cans of strong beer. And no, it was no worth it!

It sounds like you are setting yourself up for failure. And I'm not talking about the Big Mac. You're trying to do so many things at once. Low carb, paleo, and the lowest calorie recommendation even available at MFP. Why? Why so many? No wonder you're pulling your hair out and ready to jump not off the bridge but into the whiny waters of forums.
Figure out what works for you and stick with it. Most people on this site prefer simple calorie budgeting. And you can fit a big mac into that easier than you might think. Others have said though, its all about what you think is worth it. There are days where such a food item really hits my craving, and is worth the opportunity cost of additional food. Most days though, it doesn't satisfy for the calories and so I stay away from it.
You don't have to over-restrict. I've lost 65 lbs in the past year and I've eaten my fair share of McDonalds, pizza, ice cream, chocolate bars, and more. Just budget.0 -
You've lost 3 lbs in the last few days? You've had a 10,500 calorie deficit in the last 3 days?
So many issues here that I'm sure others will gladly enlighten you on, but go have something from McD's. Maybe don't have a big mac, large fries, and a shake all at once, but have something if you want! Your diet has to be sustainable, which in part means you enjoy it. No need to overly restrict anything. Feel better0 -

I think your body is craving for the McDonalds because it may be in starvation mode. You haven't really eaten much from what you posted and that makes your body crave for certain things that may not be good for you. When your body is fed well and full, you cravings for other "bad" foods will decrease. You can get a salad from there with no dressing or go to the nearest supermarket and get some stuff to make a quick healthy meal. All the best!0

How many lbs do you have it set to lose per week? You likely have it set to lose too many per week which is why your suggested intake is so low. We'd all like to lose fast and in a hurry, but the way you're doing it is not sustainable (as you've already found out). Try to give yourself a more livable goal that will work for you long term. I have more to lose than you and I can't set it to 2lbs a week because it puts me at 1200 cals which is difficult for me on rest days where I don't have those extra exercise cals to eat.0

There are no such things as bad foods, and starvation mode in this sense does not exist.

Sounds like you're just bored. I was on staycation Monday & Tuesday, and was bored and wanted nothing more than to just go through a drive thru. But it was Bill Miller's, which is about 600-700 calories for a 3-piece chicken strip. When I put it on my daily calculator, I saw that no I don't need that.0

If I was having a serious craving for McDonald's, I'd go have McDonald's. I know what I can accommodate from their menu into my calories.0

Lettuce wrapped burgers are a thing. I'm not low carb, but saving calories on the bread let's you have a bigger burger.0 -

Lettuce leaves. I used to get burgers Protein style at In-n-Out when I was doing Weight Watchers. Put some ketchup, mustard, grilled onions on the patty and wrap them in a few lettuce leaves.0 -

Lettuce! I'm a complete bread-lover, but I actually do like lettuce wraps. They've got a wonderful CRUNCH that I just love! Find some lettuce with really big pieces, like romaine, and use that as a wrap.0 -
Be kind to yourself. You do not feel good. Eat some food that will help you today. . . .whatever food that will be.
Remember too, that it does not matter what you eat today. It is not going to break you one way or another.
Weight loss is about the long haul, big picture stuff.0 -

Have a plan next time! I keep cup o noodles and cans of chili for when I need something easy and comforting.
Since you're sick and aren't likely to exercise any to "earn" the big mac. You'll have to go without. You will feel gross after having a big mac, fries, and a milkshake. But would having a small hamburger and an icecream cone calm the inner cravings?
I am trying to understand a) how cup o noodles or cans of chili are better than McDonalds and b) how the OP's desire for a Big Mac was inflated to a big mac, fries and a milkshake. A Big Mac is 530 calories, a hamburger and ice cream cone is 410. If I had enough calories left, I'd prefer the Big Mac.

I think a lot of is because yesterday i had to go out and i knew id be drinking alcohol (i know i should have stayed off the beer but i was meeting with a close friend who was very sad and they wanted a drink with me and i didnt want to come accross unhelpful, lol, so i planned for 2 cans of strong beer and stuck to that, and i had to go without my lunch and dinner to stay within my allotted calories) so i think part of these cravings are to do with messing with my blood sugars yesterday maybe? I mean its so early in my weight-loss journey to start messing up already! If i was to give in tonight and have the blessed BigMac, what would happen the next day and the day after that if my resolve wavered? Id be off the wagon before accomplishing anything. Aaarrggghhhh! My head is in turmoil. I feel so cr@p today. What do i do?

McDonalds is nasty slop...it is barely recognizable as food...not sure why you would even want it. I'm a foodie though so that just doesn't appeal to me...it's disgusting slop.0
