    I started May 5th so I'm a little behind as I've just started on 60 seconds! Was a killer but looking forward to tomorrow!

    I'm Also doing the squat challenge at the same time so did 100 of those too. I must admit to breaking up the squats into sets at this stage.

    I got 90 seconds last night and boy were the shakes present. Glad I got a rest day today
