Hello- Today is day 1 ( again )

Hello!
I have been reading success stories and posts and LOVE the way the community supports each other! Y'all ROCK!
I have just completed my day one ( again ) and feel totally inspired. it was a good day and not really that hard to stay within my calories and even get in a little bit of walking ! So... Yay me! Lol
I have about 140 lbs to lose and feel that if I stay relaxed but focused and just think before I eat, log my food, that I WILL be able to do this within the next three years. That is very reasonable and possible.
Anyway... Just wanted to say hi.

    welcome! Yep...you bite it, you write it! You jog it, you log it... hmmm I could go on and on. Most importantly (for me) is that... Losing weight isn't the key to happiness....Happiness is the key to losing weight. :-)

    I am 5'10 and it takes A BIG weight loss for people to notice. I FEEL better after doing the right thing today - 1st day of the rest if my life and I'm lovin' it! This is for me and my health and to start honoring GOD with my choices- whether "they" can tell for awhile or not!
