New to fitness pal

Hi! I'm trying this because my friend recommeded it! I have no will power when it comes to food. I love to eat--healthy, junk, sweet, salty, crunchy, chewy, spicy--I like it all! I do have the will power to exercise, but until I control what I put in my mouth, I will never see any results. I'm hoping this app will help me be accountable. We'll see.........

Welcome! Join the club, we've all been there... I've had my own struggle with food for over 30 yrs. I have found that if you are honest with yourself about logging EVERYTHING you eat and knowing that you do choose what you put in your mouth you have taken the first steps. We're here for ya and you know what if you screw up and over eat at a meal just say ok it's over and done with I will get back on track the next meal. Welcome to the My Fitness Pal!!!0
