Kashi go lean crunch or crisp. I tend to stay satisfied for longer periods of time compared to special K or even steel cut oats. Plus it's got lots of fiber and protein.

I like to stick with the basics, oatmeal, cheerios, cornflakes... and then doctor them up as my mood or calorie goals dictate.

Adding fresh or frozen fruit, fresh ginger, milk, even cocoa powder... or chocolate syrup when I need a treat.

i like special k vanilla almond cause it taste fabulous of course but also cause it stays crunchy. i hate soggy cereal. another cereal i like is kix. for 1 1/4 cup its 110 calories which is the same as 1/4 cup of special k. i'm all about eating more if i can lol I hear really amazing things about kashi...but have yet to try it. and multigrain cheerios!!! mmmm!!! they taste great with nothing added but even better with strawberries or bananas.

I really like either Kashi autumn harvest, cinnamon harvest? Or Quaker oats cold cereal...they are high carbon but natural whole grain n low in sugar, and super filling!

Kashi Go Lean Crisp Berry Crumble is delicious and keeps me full. I also like Cinnamon Burst Cheerios but they don't keep me as full.

Kashi Go Lean's taste nasty but their other cereals like Autumn Wheat are tasty and (Organic) I like raw cereals and try to stay away from commercialized brands with 1000 ingredients. Oatmeal & Fresh blueberries is good.
