Special K fruit and yogurt.0

Kashi Go Lean or Grape Nuts, because they are both really high in protein.0
-
I used to love special k protein plus but I haven't seen it in a long time. Did they discontinue it?0
-
I love Trader Joe's bran flakes....very yummy by itself or with a bit of fruit. I also like Cheerios (plain and honey nut); grape nuts and Kashi go lean.0
-
I like quaker oatmeal squares - they help me feel full longer. I buy the cinnamon ones.0
-
Oatmeal, hands down. You can add fruit or whatever you like, and it will keep you full for hours, I swear by it every day0

Honey Bunches of Oats. It's nice because it's low in calories and still gives you that sweet taste we all love when it comes to cereal.0
-
Anything from Kashi cos they have more protein. Tried oatmeal and was hungry after 2 hours cant see how it keeps people full for a long time0
-
Kashi Honey Sunshine--very good and filling. Everyone thinks you are eating Captain Crunch though, lol.0
-
I like Fiber One Original because the serving size is bigger for the same calories. I am a pig and I want to eat a lot of cereal. :blushing: Besides, I think it tastes good. I never have really cared for the sweetened kiddie cereals--except when I was a kid.0

For cold cereal, I like Post Shredded Wheat & Bran with Almond Breeze Original Almond Milk. It's got great fiber, no aspertame or other chemical junk, and it also has the lowest sugar count than anything else in my supermarket's cereal aisle.
For hot cereal, oatmeal or cream of wheat all the way.0 -
I get Dorset Cereal berries and cherries, which is just like Special K but without the salt and far lower sugar.0
-
Kashi blueberry clusters, YUMMY! Barbara's Peanut Butter Puffins is good too.0
-
Kashi go lean crunch or crisp. I tend to stay satisfied for longer periods of time compared to special K or even steel cut oats. Plus it's got lots of fiber and protein.0

Honeynut Cheerios or Special K- Strawberry...dearly love them both!!!!0

I like to stick with the basics, oatmeal, cheerios, cornflakes... and then doctor them up as my mood or calorie goals dictate.
Adding fresh or frozen fruit, fresh ginger, milk, even cocoa powder... or chocolate syrup when I need a treat.0 -
i like special k vanilla almond cause it taste fabulous of course but also cause it stays crunchy. i hate soggy cereal. another cereal i like is kix. for 1 1/4 cup its 110 calories which is the same as 1/4 cup of special k. i'm all about eating more if i can lol I hear really amazing things about kashi...but have yet to try it. and multigrain cheerios!!! mmmm!!! they taste great with nothing added but even better with strawberries or bananas.0
-
i used to eat all special k cereal but found it was quite high in sugar so mainly have branflakes and weetabix now0
-
I really like either Kashi autumn harvest, cinnamon harvest? Or Quaker oats cold cereal...they are high carbon but natural whole grain n low in sugar, and super filling!0
