Thanks for all the suggestions! I've already incorporated apple cider vinegar and whey protein shakes (I actually always have it in the cupboard, but rarely use it - no time like the present to start!)

I am already down to 134, and was able to keep my calories closer to my goal (1500), something I hope will continue to happen!0 -
