hi all, just wondered if jogging on the wii fit is similar to normal jogging in regard to weight loss?

If you're going from very little/no exercise to jogging on the wii then yes it will do a lot for you. However once you get used to jogging on the wii you'll probably need to step it up to jogging outside, as it is a better work out.
I lost about a stone just using wii fit though, it's great for beginners!0

I think it burns some calories and it's good to keep moving. It's not as beneficial as running outside, but it will help you out. I do the super hula hoop to help with the stomach area. It seems to work for me. But I have lost most of my weight from doing Just Dance 2 sweat it program. I do 3000+ sweat points worth a day, and it's helped me a lot. I love the Wii, I think its great.0
