    A filling high protein snack I often have is a cup of plain greek yogurt mixed with a scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder topped with crunchy peanut butter.

    I make beans and greens, 2 cans of any kind of beans ( pinto, black, cannaloni, whatever you like) 2 cans of greens, (collard, mixed, kale or whatever you like) 1s can of diced tomatoes. season to taste. I eat it every day for lunch, very filling and so good for you.

    Cobb Salad- 2 cups of lettuce, 4 oz grilled chicken breast, 2 slices bacon, 1 hard boiled egg, 1/4 avocado, 6 grape tomatoes, 2Tbsp yogurt ranch dressing (I like Litehouse). 499 calories, 43g protein.
