New to the MyFitnessPal. I sustained a torn labrum and stretched bicep muscle back in December. I'm back today in the gym for the first time and it feels like starting over. But I like the thought of starting over, because that means you can start a new you. Hoping to build strength and up my weight. Look forward to reading y'all's posts and seeing new people bettering themselves.

Coming back from a knee injury! I've lost 41 so far and was going for 50lbs. I'm going so well that I may keep going. Good luck and feel free to add me!0
