See when you lose weight does MFP tell you by a certain time like a months time how much you should have lost if you stick to calorie deficit or do you have to manually put how much weight you've lost in yourself?

You manually do it, under check in.

Thank you .. I've seen like how people have lost weight but I wasn't sure if they had put it in manually or mfp had calculated it for them

    Hi,

When you complete your entry for the day, it will tell you where you will be, if you continue in a similar way, in 5 weeks time. This is based on the last weight you entered. It will be more accurate the more recently you have entered your weight.

I've never had this be accurate.

It's the same as your protein/fat/carb ratio like how do you even know exactly how much you need as everyone is different. I do cardio 3/4 times a week and I donweight in amongst this so how do you know exactly what you should be taking in .. I know sme people say 0.8 grams per lb but how do you calculate that. If I'm 10 stone 2lbs how much protein should that be that I'm taking in?
