MFP BUDDIES - TRAINING TIPS - DIET ADVICE

Hi Guys!!

After losing 6 stone back in 2012 through (un)healthy eating & hardcore gymming ... Basically crash dieting!!

I have gradually returned to eating crap & have re joined my local gym yesterday!!

If anyone would like to share their friendship... Advice & tips please feel free :D ❤️

    You can do it! I love walking with my dogs and it helps me keep up on my exercising. Walk with your friends, family, or anyone else who is willing! Just keep moving! I am horrible with my beverage choices, so I am far from perfect. I just try to keep making better choices every day. I think the app is really helping because I can see how bad my choices are lol

    Tell me about it!! I'm an avid dog walker myself :) but my downfall is being in the office & being surrounded by fast food & choc biscuits with a cuppa tea... & 2 sugars
