    1. Calorie deficit.
    2. A good night's sleep.

    RKC planks, captain's chair, side crunches can strengthen your abs.
    Squats, lunges, bridges can strengthen your legs and core.
    20 minutes of interval cardio can build strength and endurance.

    edit: push-ups and pull-ups can build upper body strength.

    This is it. You can't spot reduce, the fat will come off from where it wants.
