It's my first day and I'm started out with trying to keep count of my calorie intake.. And I've failed: (.. My limits is 1800 and oi have 127 over.. Does it get easier over time?

I learned for the first week use that as a way to learn what you need to change from your eating habits, for me without realizing it I was eating 3600 calories a day and am now happy on 2300.0

It gets easier. Planning what I'm going to eat during my breakfast helps me stay within my target zone.0

Pr e planning? Doesn't it get confusing or to much to handle??.. I work part time and as nurse therefore I gotta remember all codes and notes so remember what to cook might be tough..0
