    I have mine set at 140 but don't really have a goal weight. My 1st goal, which I just achieved, was to fit back into my size 8 jeans. I haven't worn them in over 5 years ... until today. My "goal weight" is whatever weight I'm at when I stop losing because right now I'm on an exercise and eating plan I'm happy with and I'm losing. So I figure when I stop losing, that's where I'm supposed to be.

    i am 5'6" and i am looking to weigh about 115 but i think i'd be happy between 120-125. :happy: I'm 145 now and my start weight was 155!

    I wanted to weigh 135, since I weighed that in high school.
    At 145-150 the clothes I wore in high school are too big. :)

    So now, I am slowly trying to get to 135-140.

    I'm 5'2" with a goal of 115, but depending on muscle gain I'm prepared to accept 120-125, if I can weigh that without this big gut and butt.

    I'm 5'8 and right now my goal is 150 lbs. I'm toying with the idea of getting down to my high school weight of 140 but I have a feeling that would be too thin, so I'm going to re-assess at 150 and maybe go down to 145.
