    Successes/struggles this week: High stress - Still eating well and exercising (dance classes, plus getting in my 10,00 steps, though a bit less mileage than my record-highs of last week).

    Weight is holding steady... I can feel that I am smaller - I just need the scale to catch up!

    Just want to say "Thank you" AGAIN for the thread. It is so motivate and great to see how well all is doing!!! Thank goodness for MFP and E.

    Successes/struggles this week: I'm really disappointed. I had a lot of bad days (I went to London to visit the Harry Potter studios and ate a lot, then had Chinese when I got home, went for a meal with flatmates and was convinced to have dessert, granddad's birthday yesterday with cake, etc.) but I thought I'd made up for it. Next week's going to be even worse! It's Eurovision week! Monday I can't go running as I'm moving my stuff out of uni halls, tuesday I'm going shopping with my sister (so I'll be eating out then) AND getting takeaway for the first semi final of Eurovision, thursday is the second semi final and we're getting chinese, and saturday is the grand final so I'll be getting drunk AND eating a lot! Groan. It's worth it, but...

    Successes/struggles: Didn't lose any weight the first week, but happy to see I caught up the second week! Sugar cravings, stressful and time-consuming work week caused some bad food decisions and decreased my motivation and time to work out. My biggest struggle is with motivation and energy lately. Work and life responsibilities seem to be sucking the drive out of me, but the weight loss and healthy changes I'm making are keeping me focused on my goal. This challenge and having mini weekly goals is really helping!

    Successes/struggles this week: My family has been buying a lot of tempting food like doughnuts and cookie dough. I also bake so it makes it hard not to taste everything I make. I have successfully lost seven pounds.

    Successes/struggles this week: It's always frustrating to not see the scale move when you've worked so hard the week before. I did Les Mills Combat 6 days last week, but I need to buckle down my diet a little more I guess. Since we're headed to Florida for vacation in 2 weeks, I'm going to keep my eating as clean as possible. No more beer (that really screws with my weight) and no cheat meals until we leave. Hopefully that will help bump my loss before we go!

    Successes/struggles this week: Crappy weather and shin splints put a damper on my workouts, but I did manage to get a couple of runs in. Starting my "official" 12-week half marathon training program this week, so need to get out and run more. As long as I stay honest with my eating, it should pay some rewards with weight loss. *crosses fingers*
