Shortcut to Shred progress

Although I'm not done with the program yet, having two more weeks to go, I wanted to share my current progress using this program and sticking with the eating plan for the most part. Reaching my fats is the one macro I didn't eat as I was supposed to, but I am trying for the remaining two weeks to get to the daily goal.

The biggest difference is definitely after this last week. Looking forward to see what the end result will be.

    Hard to see the progress unless you compare first and last photos in the row. (took me a while to get that :wink: ).

    Rows 2 & 4 Day 1 and Day 28 pics definitely show the most change. Congrats on all your hard work.

    Excellent progress in such a short time.Have you been able to continue that trend? I started the program today and am curious.

    Very old bump- did anyone use the exact macros from this plan? I will be starting next week and wanted to compare the suggested macros to MFP recommendations.
