Just wanted to share, for anyone who doesn't think they have time to workout.. These are 30 mins workouts, 5-6 days a week. A great mix of cardio and strength and focus on form, and proper stretching.

I tracked my diet but wasn't strict, as I wanted to do this in a way that is sustainable for me... This is a program and way of eating I can make my lifestyle and feel good about it.

I'm sure if I had been strict with my diet and weighed food, etc, the results would be greater --- but I'm happy with this and happy to continue in this way! :)

Starting Fitness Test;

2382 steps in 20 mins
15 half push-ups
70 squats (thought I injured myself on that last one!)
63 second full static plank
-0.8" stretch

Measurements:
Bust: 40.5"
Belly: 38" (2 fingers below my navel)
Hips: 41"
Weight: 154lbs

Post 8 weeks Fitness Test:

Elliptical level 2, 20 mins: 2557 steps
22half push-ups
105 squats
91 second plank
+1" stretch

Bust: 38.5"
Belly (2 fingers below navel): 36.25"
Hips: 39.5"
Weight: 149 lbs

No, at home! All you need is a devise do access the Internet, Dumbbells and a mat.

ETA: you could do it at the gym though.

It's supposed to be a 1 mile test, but when I started this our weather was too bad to run outside, and I have an elliptical at home -- so I made my own endurance test. :) I should have explained that, sorry!

I haven't decided! I do the workouts in the morning, so 30 mins is all I can manage. I've scheduled in some workouts myself this week, choosing some of my favs. I may do this one over again!
