sigh …you can't kickstart your weight loss ….and a cleanse has nothing to do with energy for a workout…

eat in a calorie deficit and hit macros and micros, that is how you kickstart weight loss…

Make sure you stay by the bathroom.

You can't "kickstart" or "jumpstart" weight loss. What you'll lose is water and waste material; all of which will come back as soon as you start to eat again.

oh dear.... I really don't know why people put themselves through these so called cleanses :( CICO works along and moving more helps too.

This is not necessary. Eat at a deficit and you'll lose weight.

Your body doesn't need a cleanse. Your body does that naturally already. There is no kick starting weight loss. Make sure you are eating in a calorie deficit and the weight will come off.

Thank you for the posts. While I agree with everything said , there isn't anything wrong with eating a healthy smoothie made from fresh fruits and vegetables and 90 grams of protein. And yes our body is wonderfully made and has a perfect system for waste elimination, we can will help by eating things that support that system.

That being said without proper eating and exercise , any thing that starts the weight lose process will not sustain.
