Hey everyone,

Sometimes all it takes are a little visuals!! I found this link and it really helped me gain some perspective when I'm making my meals, our bodies really don't need much! I hope it helps!

    It says this after all the pictures. All I could think was. Wow that was me 2 months ago.

    I use to eat 3000 - 4000 calories a day. It was plain junk food and I felt like crap. This past week I overhauled my diet and I made a delicious lunch (salad / watermelon / cottage cheese) and two snacks for work and it was less than 400 calories. It was so much food and I was stuffed! It truly surprised me how changing the types of foods we eat can really impact our bodies and how we feel. I can't go back to the crap I use to eat!
