I've been working with my trainer. And I can see the difference in my abs.
I usually have a yoga ball or weights when working the abs. Any suggestions so I can beast my workouts a little more for the abs.
*mind you I had the weight loss surgery so I have lots of excess skin. However I'm still proud of me!!

Yes I did the ball with the plank and boy oh boy I thought I was going to fall over. I was really shaky but I plan to keep working on that. Side planks were a bit easier to do. But I will take al of this into my exercise plan. Thanks !!0
